Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and community-focused mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Southwark to recruit a dedicated Nursery Nurse / Early Years Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting after February half term. The Role
- Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities
- Providing targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous experience as a Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting
- Have experience supporting children with SEN
- Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or a recognised equivalent in Early Years / Childcare) - essential
- Be enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about early childhood education
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
