Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-established Children's Centre in Haringey to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a full-time role starting in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about giving young children the very best start in life.
The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. The role will involve supporting children through play-based learning, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical development, and helping to create engaging activities that inspire curiosity and confidence. The Nursery Nurse will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or Children's Centre.
- Have a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Be warm, patient and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Be able to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
