If you are currently an experienced Early Years Professional/EYFS teacher, who is looking to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established and welcoming nursery in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop leadership skills and guide a committed team to make a meaningful difference to children and families within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and early education.
  • Lead, support and develop a team of Early Years practitioners.
  • Build and maintain positive, nurturing relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • Ensure records, documentation and policies are accurately maintained and adhered to.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Young People's Workforce or equivalent (Level 5+ preferred).
  • Proven Early Years and Nursery experience, including previous leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
