Are you an experienced Vocational Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to young people's lives? Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging vocational lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs and abilities
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes participation and achievement
  • Support pupils in developing practical skills, confidence, and employability skills
  • Differentiating learning to meet a range of educational and behavioural needs
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to support pupil outcomes
  • Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations within the classroom
  • Contribute to the wider school community and support enrichment activities where appropriate
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or relevant vocational teaching qualification
  • Experience delivering vocational subjects or practical learning programmes
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
