- Previous experience working in PRUs and/or SEND schools
- Experience supporting children with complex learning needs and/or behavioural difficulties
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Additional training such as Team Teach, Moving & Handling, Personal Care, Trauma-Informed Training, Tracheostomy care, or similar (highly desirable)
