This will show that you’re not just passionate but also knowledgeable about the challenges and rewards of the role.

Ask Thoughtful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions that show your genuine interest in the role and the organisation. Inquire about the support available for teachers, the training opportunities, or how they measure success in their students. This not only demonstrates your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the school is the right fit for you.
