Overview
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and supportive Primary School in Tameside who are looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant. This role will predominantly involve supporting a child with challenging behaviour, working on a 1:1 basis to help them engage positively with learning and daily routines. The successful candidate will provide consistent support, helping the child to regulate emotions and build positive relationships within the school environment.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

- Resilience, proactivity and ability to work closely with teaching and SEN staff.
