The Role: Education Recruitment Consultant
In your first year, you will:
- Recruit teachers and education staff for temporary and permanent roles
- Interview, screen and support candidates through placements
- Write professional CV profiles for schools
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and schools
- Work to achievable KPIs with your manager
- Earn commission throughout your progression
No sales experience? No problem. Your education background and people skills matter far more.
Salary, Commission & Benefits
£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
£35,000 - £40,000 realistic first-year earnings
Commission from day one
35 days holiday + reduced hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)
