Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded sixth form college in Cheshire for an experienced Maths Teacher to deliver A Level Mathematics and Statistics from September until Christmas 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing post-16 setting with an outstanding reputation for academic achievement and student progression. The successful candidate will teach motivated sixth form students studying A Level Mathematics and Statistics, delivering engaging lessons that challenge learners and prepare them for university and future careers.

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching A Level Mathematics
  • Ideally have experience delivering A Level Statistics
  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge
  • Be passionate about post-16 education

The role offers:

  • September 2026 start
  • Fixed-term until Christmas 2026
  • Pay between £168.80 and £232.56 per day, depending on experience and scale point
