About the Programme
You'll gradually develop your teaching responsibilities while receiving ongoing mentoring and professional development throughout the academic year.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Gradually taking responsibility for teaching classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Building strong classroom management skills
