Philosophy Teacher – Northampton

We are seeking a passionate Philosophy Teacher to join a well‑regarded secondary school in Northampton from September 2026.

The position is full‑time, with permanent employment preferred, though fixed‑term and long‑term supply arrangements will also be considered.

Salary is competitive and depends on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Philosophy across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, thought‑provoking lessons that encourage discussion, debate, and critical thinking.
