An established nursery is looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their team from September. This is a permanent, term-time only opportunity for an enthusiastic leader who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and ensuring every child receives the very best start.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, support and develop staff, and work closely with families to create a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where children can flourish.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Manage, motivate, and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
- Ensure the setting remains compliant with EYFS requirements and safeguarding procedures
- Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring high-quality provision throughout the nursery
- Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Oversee staffing, resources, and the smooth running of daily routines
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
