Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Employability & PSD Tutor to deliver programmes to KS3 and KS4 students in an alternative provision setting in Northamptonshire.
The role is temp-to-perm and supports a four-day working week (8:30am–4:30pm).
You will teach Employability, PSD/PSHE, life skills, and career planning, build confidence and resilience, collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams, and help learners prepare for successful futures.
