Role Highlights- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Foster strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social development
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil achievement
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal development
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported
