Your Role Will Include:

  • Building positive and consistent relationships with students across Key Stages 3 and 4

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with young people in schools, youth work, mentoring, care, or similar settings
  • Can confidently support students with SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, or behavioural challenges
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is calm, resilient, empathetic, and able to remain professional under pressure
  • Is passionate about inclusion, student wellbeing, and educational outcomes
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
