Role Summary

As Head of Business Studies, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high‑quality, engaging curriculum across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will lead the development of the department, support teaching and learning initiatives, and inspire students to achieve their full potential in a subject that equips them with essential real‑world skills and commercial understanding. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to raising standards, developing innovative curriculum strategies, and fostering a culture of high expectations and academic success. Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education
  • Have a proven track record of delivering excellent classroom practice and improving student outcomes
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
