Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Flexible Secondary Classroom Support Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wellingborough and Rushden areas. Role
- Supervise classes during the short‑term absence of teaching staff
- Deliver pre‑prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Ideal Candidate
- Confident supervising groups of secondary‑aged students
