Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing Church school in Northampton that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2026. The Role
- Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) both in and outside the classroom
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and stimulating learning activities
- Support children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help them achieve their full potential
- Encourage the development of children's social, emotional, and communication skills
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school community

- Has previous experience supporting children of a relevant age, ideally within a school or educational setting
