Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEN in a Northampton school from September 2026.

You will work closely with the teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and promote independence and positive behaviour in a safe learning environment.

The role values a patient, adaptable mindset, strong communication, and teamwork, with TA qualifications desirable but not essential.
