Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a proactive and supportive Secondary Teaching Assistant to work in secondary schools across North Yorkshire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting. The Role
You will support students aged 11-16 in and out of the classroom, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their academic potential. You'll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide targeted support and promote positive behaviour and learning.

Qualifications
- Experience working with students aged 11-16

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
