Tradewind Recruitment is working with a highly ambitious all-through academy in Newham to appoint a Science Key Stage Lead Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis from September. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Science Teacher or existing middle leader looking to develop leadership skills within a forward-thinking, supportive academy environment. The academy serves students from primary to sixth form and has a strong reputation for academic excellence, inclusion, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Science provision across a designated key stage
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to students of varying abilities
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximise achievement
- Support curriculum planning and development

Qualifications

Salary
London MPS/UPS – M1 to M6 salaries are aligned to experience within the Main Pay Range. Teachers typically progress annually from M1 through to M6; UPS requires formal application. TLR payments are made for agreed, sustained additional duties outside of regular teaching.
