The Opportunity
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3, KS4, and KS5
- Work within secondary schools and colleges across Newcastle upon Tyne
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations where applicable
What Weβre Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school or college
- Strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature
