Ongoing support: As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
