Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be supporting a forward-thinking education provider in the opening of a brand-new Alternate Provision setting in Towcester, following the success of their established site in North Northamptonshire. We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead this exciting new provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a school from the ground up, creating a positive, inclusive, and impactful learning environment for young people who benefit from a more tailored approach to education.

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the provision. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, drive high standards of teaching and learning, and build strong relationships with students, families, and external professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience within education, ideally in SEND or alternative provision settings
  • Passion for supporting students with additional needs and barriers to learning
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to developing both staff and students
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach
