Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Teaching Assistants for a brand‑new Alternate Provision setting opening in Towcester. The provision follows the success of a well‑established site in North Northamptonshire and is built on a vision of delivering education differently – with a strong focus on relationships, well‑being and tailored support for every student.
As a Teaching Assistant you will support students with a range of needs, including SEND and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to help students engage in learning, build confidence and develop key life skills.
