We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our inclusive and supportive secondary schools across the London Borough of Merton. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference to young people's learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

The Role
- Support students with a range of learning needs, including SEN, both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored support
- Help students stay engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
