We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in MiltonKeynes that is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join their team from September2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant Level2, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider school team to provide high‑quality support across the primary curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence
- Support children with SEND and additional learning needs through tailored interventions
- Assist with phonics, early reading, writing, numeracy, and classroom activities
- Help promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation
- Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers to support children's progress
Who We're Looking For
- Hold a Teaching Assistant Level2 qualification (or equivalent)
- Have experience working with primary-aged children in a school or similar educational setting
- Be caring, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting children's development
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be confident supporting children with a range of learning needs and abilities
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management practices
