Are you a caring, patient and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants locally to Milton Keynes for placements in surrounding villages including Tiffield, Potterspury, Towcester, Brackley, Deanshanger, and nearby areas.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and other learning differences. You may be working on a 1:1 basis, supporting small intervention groups, or assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence, build positive relationships and achieve their individual goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate patience, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.

Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, Youth Workers, Care Assistants, Foster Carers, Sports Coaches, Graduates, and anyone with transferable skills and a desire to work in education.
