Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity in Milton Keynes for an Inclusion Support Officer at a welcoming secondary school. The role is full-time and permanent, starting September 2026, with a focus on promoting inclusion, improving student engagement, and supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.

You will work with the pastoral, SENDCo and safeguarding teams to provide targeted support, developing confidence, resilience, and positive relationships within school.
