The Role

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
  • Support pupils in completing set work while maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive classroom.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, youth work, or similar setting.
  • Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Are confident, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
