We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming secondary schools in the Milton Keynes area from September 2026 onwards. The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
- Support pupils in completing set work while maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive classroom.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, youth work, or similar setting.
- Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Are confident, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
- Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
