As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task while delivering pre-set work. The Role: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently. Ensure students remain focused and complete the work set. Provide support and guidance where required. Uphold school policies and maintain a positive learning environment. Work flexibly across different schools and year groups. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, tutoring, mentoring, etc.). Be confident managing groups of students. Possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive. Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
