Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the security and safety of school premises
- Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and health & safety checks
- Overseeing cleaning standards and site presentation
- Opening and closing the school buildings as required
- Supporting with setting up rooms for school activities and events
- Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies
- Has previous caretaking, site management, or facilities experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Is practical, hands-on, and able to work independently
