Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an empathetic and dedicated Mental Health & Wellbeing Teaching Assistant to join our client school, an Alternative Provision in Bromley-by-Bow, starting 1st September. The role supports students aged 11-18 with SEMH needs and promotes emotional wellbeing.

You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists, delivering one-to-one mentoring, supporting anxiety and behavioural challenges, and helping implement behaviour support plans in a safe environment.
