Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for an Early Years Teacher for a full-time role in September in the Chatham area. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis and would be a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who wants to work in a values led school that puts the children's needs at the forefront of everything they do. The school's ethos is heavily emphasised by inclusion and nurturing. The school celebrates its diverse community among its learners and plays a big part in the local community.

The Role
  • Planning and delivering the Early Years Curriculum.
  • Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
  • Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively.
  • Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students.
Requirements
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
  • Experience as an Early Years Teacher would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • If not EYFS experience, experience within KS1 and with an interest in Early Years.
