Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting talented Maths Teachers to work within Alternative Provision (AP) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, helping students build confidence, resilience and essential mathematical skills in supportive learning environments.

You'll support students who benefit from smaller class sizes, personalised learning and an approach that celebrates progress at every stage.
In this role, you will deliver engaging and practical Maths lessons tailored to meet a wide range of learning needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and other additional educational needs. You'll use creative teaching strategies to help students overcome barriers to learning, develop problem-solving skills and gain the confidence needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or have relevant teaching experience.
- Have a passion for Mathematics and inclusive education.
- Are patient, resilient and committed to supporting learners with additional needs.
- Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that make Maths accessible for all students.
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
