As a Pastoral/Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide support to students, monitor behaviour, and work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the necessary support to excel academically.
Responsibilities:
- Offering support to students with their studies, including one-to-one or small group sessions.
- Monitoring behaviour, identifying and addressing patterns of poor behaviour.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Providing guidance and support to students, ensuring their welfare is protected.
- Contributing to the development of school policies and strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, learning support, or counselling.
