We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Oldham that is looking to appoint a committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support four pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour, including two non-verbal students.

The Role

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to implement tailored support plans

  • Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

Previous experience supporting children with SEN and/or challenging behaviour is required, along with confidence working with non-verbal pupils.
