Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong background in education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with Secondary Schools in Tameside, seeking to appoint a committed and efficient School Administrator to join their administrative teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a school environment and understands the importance of strong administrative support in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Position: School Administrator
Start Date: As soon as possible
Daily Pay Rate: £100 - £110 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, term time only
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and parents
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintaining and updating pupil records using SIMS or other school MIS systems
- Supporting with attendance monitoring and safeguarding documentation
- Providing administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school staff
- Ensuring a calm, organised and friendly presence in the school office
This position is only open to candidates who have previous experience working within a school or education setting. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one through Tradewind) is required.
