What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK. Your role will include:
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Building strong candidate relationships
- Developing relationships with schools and clients
- Matching candidates to opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline
- Working towards weekly KPIs
- Business development and sales
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Growing client accounts
- Learning advanced communication, sales and influencing skills
