SENCO - Manchester (Multi-Academy Trust)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate SENCO to work across a welcoming and inclusive trust of schools in Manchester from September.

This is a full-time, non-class-based role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and develop SEND provision across multiple settings.

This role is ideal for a qualified SENCO with experience in either primary or secondary education who is committed to improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.

Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, and external professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, inclusive education for all learners.

Your responsibilities will include

Leading and managing SEND provision across the trust.

Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements.

Supporting and advising staff on effective SEND strategies and adaptive teaching.

Coordinating EHCPs, annual reviews, and interventions.

Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies.

Monitoring pupil progress and implementing strategies to support achievement.

Delivering training and guidance to staff on SEND best practice.

Promoting an inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving learning environment.

Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
