Tradewind are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and well-established primary school in Salford on a full-time basis from the beginning of June. You will take full responsibility for a Year 5 class, covering until the end of the academic year. The school offers a broad and engaging curriculum with a strong focus on early reading, phonics, and creating a nurturing learning environment where all pupils can thrive. Staff benefit from a collaborative team ethos, supportive and approachable leadership, and access to well-structured planning and resources. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience teaching within KS2, with a secure understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Essential requirements:
- QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Recent experience teaching in KS2, supported by strong references
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
