Tradewind are actively looking for Early Career Teachers who will be considering roles in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for the 2026/27 academic year across the Tameside borough. Tradewind have a strong, established presence with many schools across Tameside including two of the biggest MAT's in the area. We feel proud to have supported many ECT's in securing their first role, where they have since transitioned onto permanent school contracts!
