As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of building and growing your own education desk. Manage and grow relationships with schools across Greater Manchester and the North West. Meet billing targets and take full control of your pipeline. Guide clients through the recruitment process with professionalism and expertise.
This role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Experienced in placing teachers or support staff within UK schools. Proven in meeting or exceeding billing targets. Motivated by earning potential and career development.
