Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (1:1) - Year 5

Full-Time | Immediate Start

Are you a calm, compassionate, and experienced professional with a background in supporting children with challenging behaviour? We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 5 pupil who presents with significant behavioural needs. This role is highly rewarding and requires consistency, resilience, and a proactive approach to supporting both learning and emotional regulation.

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with complex behavioural needs
  • Support the delivery of an individualised learning and behaviour plan
