Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 4 pupil who displays challenging behaviour. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support and developing effective strategies to de-escalate behaviours.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SEND professionals to implement an individualised support plan, foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, and monitor progress and interventions to support emotional and academic development.
