Are you thinking about becoming a secondary school teacher but want real, first-hand classroom experience before committing to teacher training? We work closely with secondary schools across Salford and are currently looking for aspiring teachers to join us as Cover Supervisors, supporting schools on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when a teacher is absent, delivering pre-set work and helping keep students engaged and on track. You're not expected to plan lessons or mark work - this role is about gaining confidence, experience, and insight into secondary education.
