Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Warrington to support pupils with additional needs in a fantastic primary school from September. This SEN Teaching Assistant role in Warrington is a long-term position supporting children with Autism, ADHD and other additional learning needs. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support that helps pupils thrive both academically and socially. We will carefully match you with the right placement in a Warrington Primary School.

The Role

  • Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support
  • Assist children with Individual Targets
  • Promote independence and confidence
  • Implement behaviour and learning strategies
  • Long-term role beginning in September

We Are Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with SEN
  • Calm, patient and nurturing approach
  • Knowledge of Autism, ADHD or SEMH is desirable
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Passion for making a difference
