Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a friendly primary school in Warrington from September. This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one support and delivering targeted interventions throughout the school day. The school is looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships and help pupils thrive.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:

  • Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement
  • Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Previous SEND experience within education or care
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
