The Role
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Supporting students with SEN, including complex needs
- Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
- Creating a supportive, structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with SEN or additional needs
- Background as a:
- Teaching Assistant
- Support Worker
- Care Worker
- A patient, calm and consistent approach
- Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
