Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Luton. This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and engage positively in the classroom. Opportunities are available on a supply and longer-term basis. As part of this role, you will be working closely with children with additional needs. These roles are temporary but can often lead to full-time employment with the school for the strongest candidates.
The role:
- Provide classroom and learning support to pupils
- Work 1:1 or in small groups as required
- Support behaviour, engagement and learning outcomes
